RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds for returns , only store credit in the form of a gift voucher.
Products may only be returned or exchanged if they are used , in their original condition and accompanied by a form of proof of purchase.
The return or exchange of a product must be completed within 30 days of in-store purchase or online order delivery.
If a product should be defective or damaged , the item may be exchanged for a new one or a refund shall be issued at their sole discretion.
SHIPPING INFO
All customers are responsible for their own shipping costs for returning any CE Items . All shipping costs are non refundable.
In any case that you receive a refund and CE collects the item , the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
